Pet Policy
We love our four legged friends here at Reserve at Kingwood! We do require a $100 refundable pet deposit per pet, a $400 pet fee per pet, and a monthly pet rent of $25 per month, pet pet. Breed restrictions do apply. Limit 2 pets per apartment.
